Project Scrapbook
|
| Much
of our best work, including such things as marketing
plans, strategies and programs, doesn't lend itself
to visual illustration. If you'd like to know more about
these or our other strategic marketing and communications
capabilities, just give us a call. |
| |
We've
worked on scores of brochures. From concept
& copywriting to complete, turn-key
design and production, we assist our clients
in any way, and to any extent, that fits
their individual need.

This eight-page,
furniture lighting brochure met with spontaneous
applause when first presented to Peerless
Lighting's Rep Council.

Our
entire text for the award-winning, eight-page
MBT Science & Technology brochure
was approved in its very first draft.
While we're not this successful with every
first draft we write, this demonstrates
our thorough understanding of architectural
writing and communication.
|
|
| With our extensive
knowledge of the facilities design and architectural
products markets, we're able to quickly
and effectively help our clients create
programs and materials that focus on the
needs, priorities and desires of their target
audiences. |
|
|
|
Our
advertising campaigns for architectural products
have consistently garnered Best Read,
Highest Recognition and Most Requested
awards from both publishers and independent
auditing companies.
As with
brochures, we offer any level of advertising
assistance desired, from conceptual development
to copywriting to complete research, creative,
production and placement services.

We
enlisted acclaimed graphic designer Michael
Manwaring to help create a sophisticated
new advertising campaign for Fiberstars,
the world's leading fiber optic lighting
company - and a GECO client since early
1997.
|
|
|
 |
| We've
placed stories in most every major design,
facilities & business publication, written
articles on architectural projects and design
trends for major professional journals,
and have appeared on national CNN and ABC
television broadcasts. |
|
Architectural media
relations & editorial placement are areas
in which GECO excels. Rather than simply generating
media releases, we help our clients determine
the most publishable aspects of projects, products
and other information. We help them develop
effective editorial strategies, creating materials
with the greatest possible appeal to writers,
editors and target audiences.
In fact, during the
14 years that Guy Esberg handled the Company's
media relations (first as employee and later
as consultant), Peerless Lighting Corporation
was the most highly publicized commercial lighting
company in America ... by a wide margin.
